Appreciate a place to have a great breakfast and lunch in the heart of San Rafael de Escazu, Costa Rica, where you can catch up on the community news and enjoy an artistic café ambiance!

We believe that food has much in common with art. That's why we always use fresh ingredients, and our food is served with artful presentation and savory style!

We have tried to eliminate what we always hated about restaurants and added what we love, including an attention to cleanliness, creative recipes, and a professional and caring staff. We strive to keep our pricing affordable to achieve a loyal family of regular fans. Be sure to tell us how we're doing, or share your comments and suggestions with your waiter. We are constantly a work of art in progress.

Café de Artistas is home to the Escazu artist community and supports The Womens Club, Newcomers, Wine Club and the Little Theatre Group of Costa Rica.
